Beyond the audio expansion, Charli XCX has ventured further into visual storytelling. On Saturday, she premiered a self-directed film titled Music, Fashion, Film on YouTube. Clocking in at 42 minutes, the project is notably longer than the album itself, serving as a sprawling companion piece. The film offers an intimate look at the creative process, blending behind-the-scenes footage with stylized photo-shoot imagery and experimental montages.
The rollout has not been without its minor hiccups. Eagle-eyed fans recently pointed out a typo in the liner notes of the physical edition regarding the name of one of the cover-art models.
