Nashville punk outfit Snooper is back with a fresh offering, delivering a not-so-spooky surprise for the Halloween season. The band, known for their consistent output of high-energy tracks, has maintained a steady momentum throughout the year, following up on previous releases like July’s “Recess” and last month’s “Mouth Closed.”
Their latest single, “Orange Exposure,” was originally intended to be part of a larger project. In a statement shared on their Bandcamp page, the band explained, “We didn’t finish the EP in time but here is the title track :), Happy Halloween!”
Musically, the track stays true to the band’s signature style, featuring the jittery, propulsive rhythms that have become a hallmark of their sound. However, “Orange Exposure” also introduces a new layer to their sonic palette, incorporating a dreamy, gauzy atmosphere that sets it apart from their more aggressive material. Fans can dive into the new track below.
