Streaming services are the primary way a lot of people consume their media of choice, whether that be music or TV shows or movies. Not everybody is on board, though, and some who are are getting tired of it. Regular price increases and limited streaming libraries have some consumers returning to physical media, preferring vinyl and CDs and DVDs and more, objects they can hold and own without fear of losing access, over streaming options.
Companies are more than happy to support this wave: Whatever you might be into, each month brings a slew of new releases that has something for everybody. Some stand out above the rest, naturally, so check out some of our favorite physical media releases of March below.
Killers Of The Flower Moon (4K and Blu-Ray)

Few disc announcements created as much excitement in the physical media community as the Killers Of The Flower Moon 4K did. The offering continues Criterion’s fruitful collaboration with Martin Scorsese, which now includes 10 releases. The set is incredibly thoughtful, featuring stunning alternate cover art from Osage artist Noah Kemohah, a beautiful book of photographs and essays, and extensive special features.
Digital Underground — Sex Packets (35th Anniversary Vinyl Reissue)

The hip-hop classic Sex Packets has received a physical rerelease in both CD and vinyl formats. The vinyl edition is pressed on 180-gram light blue-black on clear splatter vinyl and includes “A Tribute To The Early Days,” previously only available on cassette.
Destroyer — Destroyer’s Rubies (Vinyl Reissue)

Celebrating two decades since its release, Dan Bejar’s Destroyer’s Rubies returns on clear vinyl with a red swirl, featuring the vinyl-exclusive 23-minute bonus track “Loscil’s Rubies.”
Zootopia 2 (Limited Edition Collectible Steelbook, 4K and Blu-Ray)

The Zootopia franchise continues its massive success with this 4K and Blu-Ray steelbook release. Packed with behind-the-scenes content, voice cast features, and a Shakira music video, it is a must-have for family collections.
Dead Again (4K and Blu-Ray)

Directed by Kenneth Branagh and starring Emma Thompson, 1991’s Dead Again receives a stunning 4K restoration from Kino Lorber, offering a fresh look at this Hitchcockian thriller.
Ryuichi Sakamoto — Opus (Vinyl Reissue)

The final performance of legendary composer Ryuichi Sakamoto, captured in the concert film Opus, is reissued on 4-LP heavyweight vinyl and 2-CD digipak, complete with insightful liner notes.
