Andra Day’s Sexy Video “Phone Dies”

Andra Day has been non stop with her incredible depiction of Billie Holiday, which snagged her a well deserved Oscar nomination and Golden Globe Award win for best actress in the biopic The United States vs. Billie Holiday. Day is back on the music scene with her newly released video for her latest single “Phone Dies,” which was produced by one of the Silk Sonic’s smooth artists, Anderson. Paak.

“Phone Dies” visual is spot on with the current quarantine vibes. Day takes the viewer on a sexy recap of some pictures and videos from her phone. The fellow Soul Train Award winner sums up the Afrobeat sound with the lyrics, “I’ll let you feel these vibes until my phone dies/But I’m at 2 percent/Wassup wassup oh you could feel it/ Pull up pull up cuz you know that I’m already on.” Day seems to be right on trend with the current dating scene, and is definitely not here to waste anytime.
