Sombr Covers A Radiohead Classic During Coachella’s Second Weekend

In March, Sombr teamed up with members of The Cranberries to deliver a stirring cover of “Linger.” He maintained that momentum throughout the first weekend of Coachella, where he joined forces with Billy Corgan to perform the Smashing Pumpkins classic “1979.”

For the festival’s second weekend, Sombr returned to the stage to deliver two standout covers. Among them was a rendition of Radiohead’s “Fake Plastic Trees.” The choice of song is hardly a surprise, as Sombr has previously cited the band as a primary influence and even performed the track during his live sets last summer.

The set also featured a notable guest appearance, as Sombr performed Billy Idol’s “Eyes Without A Face” alongside the legendary rocker himself. The performance was bolstered by the presence of Idol’s longtime collaborator Steve Stevens, who co-wrote the 1984 hit.

Following his successful festival run, Sombr is set to embark on his 2026 You Are The Reason Tour. The extensive trek includes the following dates:
