Basement Jaxx have announced a series of live shows for the UK and Ireland next summer, including a closing slot at Latitude Festival. Find ticket details below.

The new run of live shows all take place next summer, and come as the London electronic music duo have taken 10 years away from live shows.

New dates commence on June 21, launching with an opening gig at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre. From there, they’ll play at Fairview Park in Dublin and Powderham Castle in Devon on June 25 and July 4 respectively.

A number of festival headline slots are also lined up, including a gig on the main stage of Latitude festival on July 25, alongside performances at Dreamland Margate on July 26, Camp Bestival on August 2, and Wildness on August 3.

“After a few years DJing round the globe, it’ll be great to return to the live stage and the Live Show Experience,” said Felix Buxton of the new announcement. “To connect to people with life-affirming energy and give people a great time.”

He continued: “It’s great our hits are still very much alive with younger generations so we connect across the age range – and it’ll be great to pop in a couple of bangers from our forthcoming album too.”

The reference to a new album comes after Basement Jaxx shared their live album, ‘Orchestral II (Live In Australia)’, in September. The record captured their performance down under with The Metropolita Orchestra.

“It feels like 2025 is the beginning of a new era for many and I think that’s probably true for Basement Jaxx too,” Buxton added.

Formed in 1994, Basement Jaxx came into the spotlight for their hybrid of house and garage genres. They are most widely recognised for hit singles including ‘Rendez Vu’, ‘Red Alert’ and ‘Where’s Your Head At’.

For their slot at Latitude, the festival will return to Henham Park in Suffolk next year, and run between July 24 and 27 July. Other headliners include Sting, Snow Patrol and Fatboy Slim.
