Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin are facing explosive new legal trouble in Los Angeles, where a woman has filed a lawsuit accusing the pair of orchestrating a violent gang rape after luring her from Snapchat to a Beverly Hills mansion.
According to the complaint, the woman says she first connected with Justin Combs in 2017 through Snapchat.
After exchanging explicit photos, she claims he offered to fly her to Los Angeles for the weekend. Once she landed, she says a driver picked her up and brought her to a home in Beverly Hills, where she was allegedly given alcohol and marijuana she believed had been tampered with.
The woman alleges Justin pressured her into taking multiple “poppers” before three masked men entered the room.
One of them, she claims, was referred to by Justin Combs as “Pops,” which she believes was a reference to Diddy.
She says she was then taken upstairs and told: “You better let this happen. Or else,” before being sexually assaulted by the three men from that night into the next day.
Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations outright, stating: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
Diddy Hit With Two Additional Lawsuits This Week
The woman is represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who also filed two additional lawsuits earlier this week on behalf of two male plaintiffs. Those men allege they were invited to a Diddy-hosted party in Los Angeles, where they were “allegedly drugged and assaulted while there.”
This latest lawsuit adds to the growing legal firestorm surrounding Diddy, who is already facing a federal racketeering and sex trafficking case, along with more than 30 civil suits accusing him of sexual misconduct.
Buzbee said the claims in his lawsuits are “strikingly similar” to those outlined in Diddy’s federal RICO trial, highlighting a “pattern of behavior.”
