Renowned artist and musician Karen Salicath Jamali has just released her latest single, “White Angel,” a piece that promises to touch hearts with its intimate and soothing piano melodies.

Karen Salicath Jamali’s career is distinguished by remarkable achievements and a unique personal story. Born in Denmark and now residing in both New York and Florida, she has been a prominent figure in the arts for over 30 years. A multi-award-winning composer and pianist since 2015, Jamali’s accolades include the Clouzine Music Award for Best Instrumental Works in 2024, multiple nominations from The Josie Music Awards in 2023, and induction into The Akademia Music Award Hall of Fame in the same year. Her track “Angel Arcadia” earned her the Grand Winner title at The Akademia Awards in Los Angeles, and she also secured the W.A.M. Award in 2023 and first prize at the Golden Piano Talent 2nd International Piano Competition. Additionally, Jamali won the Global Music Award twice in April 2023. Her music has been performed solo at Carnegie Hall, New York, on eight occasions.
Karen Salicath Jamali’s musical journey is deeply intertwined with her personal experiences. After a severe accident in 2012, which led to a head injury, she discovered a new and profound connection to the piano—a discovery that transformed her life. Despite having no prior experience, the injury opened up a new world of music for her. Over the following years, Jamali has self-taught herself to compose and play, producing eight albums and over 2,500 compositions. Her music, known for its meditative quality, has reached audiences worldwide.
