The song is slated to appear on "Imploding the Mirage."

The Killers are back. Well, almost. The Las Vegas rockers teased a new song on Tuesday (March 10), “Caution,” an urgent heartland rocker slated to appear on their upcoming sixth studio album, Imploding the Mirage, due out later this year. The brief hint of the song is just a teaser for the full track, which will drop on Thursday (March 12).

Rolling out over black and white footage of the band in a studio, the synth-heavy tune finds singer Brandon Flowers crooning, “I’m throwing caution” over drummer Ronnie Vannucci’s steady beat. The band is slated to hit the road for a European tour this summer, kicking off with a May 26 date in Doncaster, England, at Keepmoat Stadium. That swing is currently slated to run through a July 12 date at Ippodromo SNAI San Siro in Milan, Italy.

Mirage is the follow-up 2017’s Wonderful Wonderful, which featured the single, “The Man,” which peaked at No. 2 on Billboard‘s Alternative Songs chart.
