It is going to be a landmark year for Meshuggah, who have officially announced their 40th anniversary tour. Joining the legendary extreme metal pioneers for this monumental run will be veteran thrashers Testament and rising death metal stars Blood Incantation.
The trek, officially titled The Forty-Year Anomaly Tour, is scheduled to launch on Feb. 12 in Toronto, with dates currently booked through May 14 in Milwaukee. The tour promises to be a comprehensive celebration of the band’s enduring legacy in the metal scene.
Included in the run is a high-profile appearance at the Sonic Temple festival in Columbus, Ohio, which will feature all three bands on the bill. Additionally, the tour includes stops at Welcome to Rockville and Milwaukee Metal Fest in 2027, with further festival lineups expected to be revealed in the coming months.
