Following the success of her acclaimed album WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA—which secured a top spot on our list of the best albums of the year so far—the pop visionary Slayyyter has officially announced its companion project, Wor$t Man In America. The highly anticipated record is slated for a December release.
The nine-track LP features a collection of entirely new material, including the previously released singles “brand new chanel$” and “crank 2.” According to official press materials, the project serves as a thematic counterpart to her earlier work, with some tracks functioning as direct inversions of previous concepts, while others explore entirely new sonic territory.
Slayyyter’s momentum continues to build as she balances her solo output with high-profile collaborations. She recently appeared on the star-studded Never Enough: Versions project by Turnstile, joining an eclectic lineup that included Elton John, Hayley Williams, Blood Orange, Alex G, Dying Fetus, and Julien Baker. Her contribution, a gritty rendition of the track “Birds,” received its live debut in Atlanta last month.
Fans can look forward to the following tracklist on Wor$t Man In America:
