Even during lockdown, Country music singer-songwriter and producer Dylan Joseph stays focused on his objectives and mission on earth, and releases his latest masterpiece titled “Closer To You”. He wrote the song back in college about the break-up he was undergoing at the time. This deeply moving track is probably one of the best in its genre, delivering an explosion of emotions, so relatable as we all went through a break-up at least once in our lives. The mainstream topic does not impeach Dylan to find a way to make his own experience so unique, and share it brilliantly through “Closer To You”.  After “44,” a deeply moving piece on his sister’s car accident, “Closer To You” is a lighter song, and yet he manages to tackle the deepest feelings we have for a refreshingly nostalgic journey to our own colle years.
