The Game’s longtime manager Wack 100 is calling foul on reports any royalties from his client’s Born 2 Rap album will go to Game’s sexual assault accuser Pricilla Rainey.

On Saturday (April 18), Wack shared a screenshot of a headline that read, “The Game Loses Record Label & ‘Born To Rap’ Royalties To Priscilla Rainey As Part Of $7 Million Sexual Assault Judgement.”

In the caption, he wrote, “Last time I checked #Wack 100 owned all royalties to born to Rap. And I don’t owe the bitch a dime … When the #CDC # has their # who knows maybe I might lose in a dice game one day … But as of right now Today it’ll be right here in my little ole portfolio.”

In 2015, Rainey accused Game of an alleged sexual assault that occurred while filming the VH1 reality show She Got Game. She promptly filed a lawsuit against the veteran rapper and was ultimately awarded a $7,130,100 judgement.

Due to Game’s refusal to pay or show up for court, Judge Virginia A. Phillips recently granted Rainey “any and all rights, title, and interest” in any money, property or future payments due to the record label. Even any salary Game might have been paying himself through LA Prolific will belong to Rainey.

The Game’s Record Label & ‘Born 2 Rap’ Royalties Seized To Pay Sexual Assault Accuser

Phillips added, “All third parties who receive notice of this Order are directed to pay any and all money or property due, or to become due, under this Order, directly to Plaintiff either: (1) by check payable to ‘Priscilla Rainey,’ and delivered to Plaintiff’s counsel” until the judgment is satisfied in full.”

That reportedly includes Game’s LA. Prolific imprint, the Born 2 Rap royalties and potentially any salary Game has been paying himself from the label. But evidently, Wack begs to differ.
