Snoop Dogg has given gymnast Simon Biles’ dad a Death Row Records chain as a 75th birthday present.

This year, the hip-hop legend is an Olympic correspondent for the US TV network NBC, and it seems he’s become friendly with Biles — who has won three gold medals and one silver this year — in the process.

Biles and Snoop linked up yesterday (August 9) to watch the Track event, with Biles’ sister now revealing that Snoop gifted their dad a Death Row Records chain for his birthday.

On her Instagram story, Adria Biles shared a photo of her father wearing the chain, alongside the caption: “Snoop gave him a chain and now he don’t know how to act.”

Snoop took over the iconic label Death Row Records in 2022 and vowed to “restore the label to its former glory, championing artists, hip-hop, and cannabis culture”. Recently, he fulfilled part of this mission by opening his first marajuana dispencery in Los Angeles which will stock the Death Row Records Cannabis brand he launched in January 2023.
