Keith Urban and Stevie Nicks hit the stage on New Year's Eve (Dec. 31) for a special performance of "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around."

Joining forces during Nashville's Music City Midnight countdown, the country star and the rock icon delivered a faithful rendition of the latter's 1981 duet with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. "Baby you'll come knockin' on my front door/ Same old line you used to use before/ That's the game, well what am I s'posed to do?/ I didn't know what I was gettin' into," Nicks growled on the first verse before Urban joined in for the rollicking chorus.

The pair followed up the duet with two more of Nicks' most iconic songs: Fleetwood Mac's 1977 Rumours opener "Secondhand News" and Nicks' 1982 solo hit "Edge of Seventeen." The night marked Urban's fourth consecutive year headlining the New Year's Eve concert in Nashville.
