Doja Cat dropped by The Voice on Monday night (May 11) for a sparkling, at-home performance of her breakout hit “Say So.”

Dressed in a glittery pink suit and matching sunglasses, the rapper leaned into the track’s ’70s-inspired groove by performing on top of a giant disco ball. “Day to night to morning, keep with me in the moment/ I’d let you had I known it, why don’t you say so?/ Didn’t even notice, no punches left to roll with/ You got to keep me focused, you want it, say so,” she sang before launching into an edited version of the track’s humorous, wordplay-infused bridge.

Doja’s performance on the reality TV singing competition happened to air on the same day “Say So” ascended to No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100, thanks to the release of the track’s Nicki Minaj-assisted remix. (The chart accomplishment marks the first No. 1 hit for either female MC, with Minaj previously reaching No. 2 back in 2014 with “Anaconda.”)
