The exclusive evening will take place Jan. 15 at SiriusXM’s West Coast studios.

SiriusXM and Pandora announced Friday (Jan. 3) that Coldplay is slated to take the stage at an intimate, invite-only event for the platforms' listeners on Jan. 15.

Set to take place at SiriusXM's new West Coast performance space, The Garage, the acoustic set will feature frontman Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland alongside a number of as-yet-unnamed special musical guests. The band will also take part in an exclusive Q&A session with attendees following their performance.

SiriusXM and Pandora subscribers will have a chance to win tickets by either opting into an email invitation from SiriusXM, or through their Pandora listening histories. For Coldplay fans unable to score admission to the exclusive evening, the show will be broadcast live at 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET on SiriusXM's The Specturm (channel 28) with further replays on Alt Nation (channel 36).

The performance follows the recent release of Coldplay's ambitious eighth studio album, Everyday Life, which bowed at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart upon its release in November.
