“Anywhere you are in the world, you can feel the presence someone who’s from New York,” says Brooklyn singer-songwriter Ryan, who's exclusively premiering his debut single “Pull Up” today (April 27) Billboard. “It’s a different type confidence.”

The smooth fering, produced by LA’s own FORTUNE, finds Ryan showcasing a diverse mixture singing and rapping. “Whatcha gonna do when I pull up on you?” He sings over blasting 808’s. The up-and-comer's flow is as tight as any today’s top tier rappers, but with its own spice courtesy Ryan's melodic undertones.

“I’m just excited to give people good music,” Ryan adds. Anxious to fer a return to form, he plans to stand above the formulaic production today. “The Isleys, R. Kelly, New Edition – they had stacks harmonies and layers…We’re all here to be special. Individuality is our gift.”
