Pearl Jam unveiled a ballpoint-pen masterpiece of a music video for "Superblood Wolfmoon" today (Feb. 19), thanks to DIY animator Keith Ross. It's the latest single off their forthcoming album Gigaton due March 27 via Monkeywrench Records/ Republic Records.
Ross' @TinyConcert Instagram showcases his handmade photo and bite-size video illustrations of different rockstar groups from The Clash to the Ramones. But the nearly four-minute Pearl Jam music video he concocted is his first official full-length Tiny Concert video to date, according to his short behind-the-scenes clip posted earlier today.
The song's accompanying visual illustrates each of the Seattle grunge rockers — Eddie Vedder, Mike McCready, Stone Gossard, Jeff Ament and Matt Cameron — performing their latest jam, as Ross' drawings capture each of their real-life rock essences further amplified by the supernatural phenomenon.
